Ingredients

  • 1 mold (approx. 25 x 15 cm)
  • 100 grs of sugar
  • 100 grs flour with sifted powder
  • 25 grs Extra Virgin Olive Oil O-live
  • 4 eggs
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Oatmeal

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Mount the egg whites with the sugar and pinch the salt.
  • Once consistent add the yolks.
  • Mix gently.
  • Incorporate sifted flour, lemon zest, vanilla and pinch of cinnamon.
  • Mix gently.
  • Finally incorporate the oil little by little.
  • Fill molded molds, sprinkle with oat flakes and bake at 180 ° C until buried a skewer stick comes out dry.
