Refund policy

You may contact us at the contact email customersupport@o-liveandco.com, explaining the reasons for requesting an exchange. Please note that we cannot  replace the product as olive oil is a perishable food. We will refund the amount of money or we can send you a new order to replace the damaged one.

Remember to attach pictures of the shipping label, the product and order, to apply for refund or reimbursement of product.

IMPORTANT

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Remember that the products cannot have been opened and must be in their original box or bag, in the same state that they were sent.

REASONS FOR CHANGES

Defective product or packaging leaking.

I received something that I did not order: the product received is different from what you ordered.

Exchanges
We can not accept returns of product. As soon as you send us proof of damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a new order free of charge or we can offer you a refund of money.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

CLARIFICATIONS

In the case of a refund of money, if the return of the order is partial, only the amount corresponding to the value of the returned items will be returned. While if the return is total, the total value of the purchase will be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
