- Cream Cheese
- Salt to taste, when you notice that the pumpkin is cooked remove it and leave it to cool without throwing the water in which you cooked it (you can leave the amount of thickness that you like this is with the water you choose the amount you want.)
- Once sautéed mix it with the pumpkin, you put it in the blender or simply grind it by hand.
- And now it’s just enough to heat over medium heat and serve.
