Delicious Blondie Recipe with O-Live Extra Virgin Olive Oil 🍪

  • 1/2 cup O-Live extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine O-Live extra virgin olive oil and brown sugar until well mixed.
  2. Step 2: Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and beat until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Then, stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Step 4: Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Pro Tip: For a chewier texture, slightly underbake the blondies and let them set in the pan before slicing.
