Ingredients:
1 tin of white beans
1 package sundried tomatoes
1 package fresh basil
2 large tbsp tahini
1 clove of garlic
Juice of ½ a lemon
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup O-Live Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Water if needed to blend

Wrap:
Whole Wheat wrap
2-3 tbsp hummus
O-live Extra Virgin Olive Oil to Fry
Vegetables of choice: Mushroom, zucchini, red pepper, eggplant, spinach or arugula work well
Cheese or dairy-free cheese of choice: Feta, goat cheese or soft vegan cheeses work well

Make the Hummus: Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend. Drizzle in cold water as the blender is running to help blend until smooth.

Vegetables: Chop and fry vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper until cooked through. Alternatively, bake them at 375 for 20-25 minutes.

Assemble the wrap: Add hummus, cheese and grilled vegetables onto a whole wheat tortilla. Option to fold the wrap and fry or grill with a splash of extra virgin olive oil until cheese is melted
