Healthy Berry Crisp

Anything Goes Healthy Berry Crisp

 

1.5 Cups Oats

1 Cup Almond Flour (sub regular flour or whole wheat flour)

2 tsp cinnamon

3 Tbsp O-Live & Co Olive Oil

1/3 Cup Maple Syrup (sub coconut sugar or brown sugar for a more crumbly top)

 

4 Cups Fruit of choice - use frozen berries if needed

Apples, pears, peaches, berries, rhubarb are all great!

2 Tbsp arrowroot starch or cornstarch

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

 

Add fruit to a bowl, toss in cornstarch, lemon, cinnamon, and maple syrup.

 

Add crumble ingredients to a bowl and toss. Use a spoon or your hands. In a baking dish top, the fruit with the crumble mixture and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes,
