Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
1/2 cup olive oil
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 clove of garlic, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to high heat
2. Squeeze lemon juice into a small bowl and whisk in olive oil
3. Whisk in paprika, garlic salt and pepper
4. Split lobster tails lengthwise with a large knife and brush flesh side of tail with marinade
5. Lightly oil grill grate and place tails, flesh side down, on preheated grill
6. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, and basting frequently with marinade
7. Lobster is done when opaque and firm to the touch. Serve with Aglio Et Olio and lemon wedges.
