Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets (hake or pomfret)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 8 corn tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sparkling water, salt, and pepper until smooth. Cut fish fillets into strips and dip them in the batter.
